My arm is getting better - about 3 1/2 weeks left to be careful. I've gotten the hang of left handed photography (using the camera upside down to click the button). So hopefully I can get back to doing a bit more blogging.
My peony is in bloom. I cut a few blossoms and put them in an Ikea vase. Enjoy!

I love these flowers, mine are so heavy they are falling over despite the supports. Did you ever dry any, or put the buds in the frig. for another day? Love your recipes, and I'm sure you are happy it's vacation time.
Peggy, I've never heard of putting the buds in the refrigerator - interesting idea. Yes, my buds are drooping over too!
Karen, I would do that when I wanted to have them a bit longer for bouquets, I went out today and mine are all like clusters this year, not any with long stems with a single flower, so wasn't able to do it. Also, I tried your baked chicken, it was so good.
