Hotel Berna - Milan

For our brief overnight visit in Milan, we wanted a hotel that was close to the Central Train Station.  We had an early morning train and wanted a place where we could easily walk to station.  I found Hotel Berna online, and since it had good reviews and was reasonably priced for Milan, we booked a room.  We were very pleased with the location - it was 2 short blocks to the train station.  We appreciated the helpful people at the desk that gave us directions on how to use the metro to get to the Milan Cathedral for some touring during the afternoon.

The rooms were roomy and had cushy comfortable twin beds. They were normal sized twins - not the "mini twins" that we had at a few hotels. I got a kick out rubber ducky in the sink that was used as a stopper!

The breakfast at the Hotel Berna is a stand out!  It has several large stations and has everything imaginable - pastries, cereal, meats, cheese, vegetables, fruit.  It was plenty to hold us for both breakfast and lunch!

If you are looking for a modern and convenient hotel in Milan, Hotel Berna is an excellent choice!
